Shipping policy It's important that we clarify that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they you see at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. •Courier charges within Bangalore City Limits: Rs. 100/- •Courier charges within Karnataka State Limits: Rs. 150/- •For boxes of above 30 Cubic Centimeter, charges will be on actuals •Shipping through Dunzo / Porter aggregator app will be on actuals Shipping option: Estimated delivery time •Option 1: BlueDart Courier > 1 to 2 working days •Option 2: DTDC Courier > 3 – 4 working days In-store pickup: Customers can pick-up their order from our store with no shipping charges. However they have to come to us on working days only between 10am to 7pm International Shipping We do not offer international shipping How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
