We accept returns up to 7 business days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Upon opening the item, if a manufacturing defect is detected, a like for like exchange will be issued without any additional costs. If the product develops any fault within the warranty period, a exchange will be issued as per supplier company policy.
